Ryann Peyton (They/Them) brings a dynamic blend of legal expertise, governance experience, and equity-centered leadership to modernize nonprofit and association board practices. A seasoned attorney with a background in complex civil litigation, Ryann has represented a diverse range of clients in high-stakes domestic relations, employment, tax, and real estate matters—developing a reputation for both legal precision and deep empathy.

As the co-founder of RANGE Consulting, a social enterprise supporting employers in creating inclusive and legally compliant workplace systems, Ryann has worked across industries to help organizations address equity-related challenges and build resilient, inclusive cultures. Their work is grounded in a commitment to transforming systems—not just people.

Ryann is also an internationally recognized speaker and advocate for identity equity. Through keynotes, trainings, and strategic advising, they help leaders recognize and respond to systemic inequities, promote belonging, and challenge cultural norms that perpetuate exclusion and isolation. 

Their mission is to help organizations and boards grow into communities that are courageous, competent, and reflective of the diverse world they serve.

With over 20 years of service on nonprofit, government, and professional boards, Ryann brings practical expertise in board governance, policy development, and organizational strategy. Ryann’s contributions to the legal and nonprofit sectors have been recognized nationally. They are a recipient of the Denver Business Journal's 2022 40 Under 40 Award, the 2019 American Bar Association Rosner & Rosner Young Lawyer Professionalism Award, and the 2014 Colorado Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year Award.
